Your OneEighty Communications Business Lines provide added value by allowing you to customize a wider range of standard and optional features. This guide describes the most commonly used features that allow you to be as efficient as possible.

Anonymous Call Rejection

  1. To activate, dial *77
  2. Your phone won't ring if someone calls from a blocked line
  3. To deactivate, dial *87
  4. Blocked callers can get through on a per-call basis by dialing *82 before placing the call (Some business or public telephone systems may not have *82 unblocking capabilities).

Call Forwarding

  1. Dial *72
  2. Hear normal dial tone
  3. Dial destination number and wait for answer
  4. If someone answers, call forwarding is activated
If second person doesn't answer or line is busy, repeat Steps 1-3 within two minutes. A confirmation tone will inform you that call forwarding is activated.

To cancel Call Forwarding: Dial *73


Call Hold

  1. With someone on the phone, press hookflash
  2. Hear stutter dial tone
  3. Dial *52 to place call on hold
  4. Press hookflash to pick up call

Call Park

  1. With someone on the phone, press hookflash
  2. Hear stutter dial tone
  3. Dial *45 and wait for confirmation tone followed by silence, indicating the call is parked
  4. Dial *48 to retrieve the parked call

Call Pick-up

  1. To pick up a call in pre-determined group, dial *79

Call Transfer (supervised)

  1. With someone on the phone, press hookflash
  2. Hear stutter dial tone
  3. Dial number and wait for answer
  4. Announce call
  5. Press hookflash and hang up
If second person doesn't answer, press hookflash twice to continue talking to the first person.


Call Transfer (unsupervised)

  1. With someone on the phone, press hookflash
  2. Hear stutter dial tone
  3. Dial number and wait for answer
  4. Press hookflash and hang up
If second person doesn't answer, press hookflash twice to continue talking to the first person.


Call Waiting

  1. When you hear Call Waiting tone, quickly press and release the hookflash to answer second call
  2. Press hookflash again to switch back and to toggle between calls
To temporarily turn off per call:
  1. Dial *70 and listen for stutter dial tone
  2. Dial the phone number
  3. Call Waiting will be restored automatically when you hang up
To temporarily turn off with call in progress:
  1. With someone on the phone, press hookflash
  2. Listen for stutter dial tone, then dial *70
  3. Press hookflash again to continue call without interruption
  4. Call Waiting will be restored automatically when you hang up
To temporarily turn off while using a modem:
  1. Store *70 as part of your dial-up number on your computer
  2. Call Waiting will be restored automatically when you hang up

Caller ID Number

  1. Caller ID equipment shows caller's number after the first complete ring

Last Call Return

  1. Dial *69 to find out the number of your last caller
  2. To return this call, simply press 1
