Clearing the Cache
Mozilla (and Netscape), like most internet browsers, use a cache area on your hard drive to store elements of home pages and sites you visit for faster access. Clearing your Temporary Internet Files occasionally can help the performance of the browser.
- Connect to OneEighty Communications and open Mozilla or Netscape.
- Go to the menu bar and click Edit.
- Click on Preferences in the drop down menu.
- Choose/expand the Advanced category from the list on the left.
- Click on Cache under the Advanced menu.
- Click on the Clear Cache button on the right side of the pane..
- Click on the OK button to return to browsing.
